GOURMET POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cooked in skins, cool, peel, and grate
1/4 c. bits of butter
1/3 c. green top onions or chives
2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream, room temperature
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
