TACO BEEF SALAD 
3 c. julienne strips cooked beef
1/2 tsp. salt
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, cut in pieces
1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
1 sm. onion, sliced into rings
3/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 head lettuce, sliced & cut in pieces
1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Season beef strips with salt. Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and onion. Mix chili sauce, oil, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic. Add meat and vegetables and toss. Serve individual portions on beds of lettuce. Serve corn chips and grated cheese to sprinkle on top. 4 to 5 servings.
