BEEF TACOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. onion
1 lg. can kidney beans, smashed
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
Ketchup, as much as you need
Velveeta cheese, grated
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef and onions until it's brown. Drain. Add Rotel tomatoes, mashed beans, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic salt, salt and ketchup. Cook all this at medium heat for about 15 minutes. Cut lettuce and tomatoes and mix together. Heat tacos. Put meat in taco shell; then lettuce and tomatoes. Top with grated cheese.
