WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
1 tsp. vanilla
Vegetable coating spray

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside. Combine sugar and Puritan oil in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes or until well blended. Add egg; beat until light and lemon colored. With mixer running at low speed, add flour mixture alternately with banana, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Blend well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack.
