WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas, ripe
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans

Cream butter. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Combine milk and vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture, milk mixture and banana to butter mixture. Mix well after each addition. Add pecans. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes. Doubles and freezes well.
