SWEET POTATO COBBLER 
1 lb. sweet potatoes

(peeled and cooked until tender but firm in 5 cups of water)

Mix: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter

Make a crust. Put a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Put some of the liquid from potatoes. Put layer of crust, then repeat. Bake until crust is brown.
