APPLESAUCE CAKE 
4 c. regular flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten well
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. walnuts
1 c. pecans

Beat Wesson oil and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with applesauce. Beat in vanilla. Stir in raisins, dates, walnuts and pecans. Put in greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 275°F for 1 1/2 hours.
