RICE MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. veal, cut small
1 lb. pork pieces
1 1/2 c. rice
1 c. diced onions
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown meat and fry until almost done. Cook onions and celery in very little water until done. Cook rice. Combine all in large casserole dish. Add soup, soy sauce, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400 degrees.
