RICE AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1 can mushrooms
3 c. hot water

Brown the meat of your choice; drain (chops or chicken). Sprinkle water, mushroom liquid and Italian dressing over the raw rice (in 13x9 pan). Put your meat on top and bake for 45 minutes, then bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
