FLAKY PASTRY FOR PIES | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. shortening 5-6 tbsp. water Cut shortening into flour and salt. Add water; mix until moistened. Turn out on floured surface. Roll out with floured rolling pin. Place in pie pan. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees or until golden. Cool and fill. |
