TACO DIP 
Blend: (Can be done in blender) 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1/2 jar mild (or hot) salsa

TOPPING:

Shred lettuce
Chop tomatoes
Chop purple onion
1 pkg. of shredded cheese

Make a mound of the dip in the center of a large serving platter. Pour other 1/2 jar of salsa over it and layer the above topping over it. Serve with tortillas around the edge of platter to dip.
