AVOCADO TACO DIP 
1 avocado, remove skin and seed
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

TOPPINGS:

Chopped lettuce
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
Chopped black olives
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese

Beat avocado. Add cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder and mix well. (Add more seasoning if you like.) Spread in shallow dish with sides. Top with lettuce, onion, pepper, olives, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese.

Note: You may add/delete any toppings to suit your tastes.

Serve with tostito chips.
