TACO SOUP 
3/4 lb. ground beef or turkey
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
2 (16 oz.) cans (or equivalent of home cooked) kidney or pinto beans
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. water
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
Corn chips
Chopped tomatoes
Grated cheese
Sliced olives
Chopped green onions
Sour cream
Guacamole

1. Brown meat and onions. Drain thoroughly.

2. Place cooked meat in large saucepan.

3. Add corn and liquid; beans and liquid; stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning.

4. Simmer, stirring occasionally for 20-30 minutes until flavors are blended.

5. Spoon over corn chips.

6. Top with your choice of remaining ingredients.
