BISQUICK COOKIES 
1 c. Bisquick mix (or Jiffy mix)
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 sm. box instant pudding (any flavor)

If you use lemon pudding, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Roll into small balls, flatten a little with glass dipped in powdered sugar, or just press down with fingers. Bake on ungreased pan 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.

I am in love with this recipe! They make the most amazing cookies! You will always have the ingredients for these. And because there is no granulated sugar in the dough it makes a very smooth texture cookie.. They melt in your mouth! I make these every time i'm having a sweet tooth.. Which is alot! So I usually double the recipe.. And I add just a little bit of cocoa! I recommend these cookies to anyone!
