HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH 
2 c. chicken, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. ripe olives, drained
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. onion, grated
1/2 mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. (This can be done the day you serve.) Make sandwich by placing this filling between two slices of white bread and place in butter baking dish. Makes enough for 8 sandwiches. Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with one cup of sour cream. Pour this over the sandwiches and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: Pepperidge bread is also good to use. The crust may be removed if desired.
