HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH 
3 cans boned chicken
3 hard cooked eggs, boiled
1/4 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. chopped olives, stuffed
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish mix with mayonnaise

Spread on large sandwich buns. Hard buns work best. Wrap in foil keep refrigerated until needed. Can be made a day ahead. Should be refrigerated at least 2 hours before using. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Serve in foil. Makes 12 sandwiches.
