MICROWAVE CORN ON COB 
Corn - 2
Onion (1/2 per ear)
Green pepper (1/2 per ear)
Butter (3 tsp. per ear) or butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Shuck and clean corn. Plan on two ears per serving. Adjust accordingly. Put corn in microwave casserole with lid. Place butter on corn. Clean and quarter onion and pepper. Put half on each ear of corn. Cover and cook 10 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
