CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
2 sqs. chocolate (baking)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3/4 c. flour
1 to 2 c. nuts, chopped

Melt butter and baking chocolate, cool. Beat 4 eggs and gradually add 2 cups sugar, peppermint extract, flour and nuts. Add chocolate mixture. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
3 c. confectioners sugar
2 to 4 tbsp. milk
Dash of salt
1 tsp. peppermint extract

Top with 2 teaspoons melted butter and 2 squares chocolate (baking) melted together.
