BROCCOLI AND PASTA 
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
2 c. fresh or frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz.) med. egg noodles or Fettuccine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a medium skillet over low heat; stir in garlic. Saute, stirring until garlic gives off an aroma, about 3 minutes. Add the broccoli, cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 4 minutes. Cook the egg noodles according to the directions on package and drain. Toss with broccoli and garlic, add the Parmesan cheese and serve.
