2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (or 3 c. frozen), drain juice 5 med. oranges (or 2 c. sections) 2 ripe bananas, cut at angle 2 c. white seedless grapes, halved 1 sm. bag frozen coconut (or 1 1/3 c.) Ginger ale & maraschino cherries for topping Arrange fruit in bowl. Cover with half of coconut and pineapple juice. Before serving add 1 (7 ounce) bottle ginger ale. Top with remainder of coconut and whole maraschino cherries. I serve this with my Christmas breakfast. |
