CANTONESE DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in strips (sirloin)
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 sm. bell pepper, cut in strips
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown pork strips in oil in skillet. Drain on paper towels. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (High 4 hours). Serve over hot fluffy rice. 4 servings.
