CANTONESE CHICKEN WINGS | |
2 lbs. chicken wings 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Combine soy sauce, water and garlic powder. Add chicken wings and marinate at least 8 hours stirring several times. Bake in sauce 2 hours at 325 degrees until crispy. For appetizers you might want to cut wings into 2 pieces. Sauce is also good to marinate steak and then broil. |
