JAPANESE EGG WINE 
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Sake
Drop of fresh ginger juice, if you like

Cooking time: 5 minutes. Serves 1.

Use small saucepan. Mix sugar and Sake together and make very warm,, hot, but not boiling. Beat egg yolks by hand and pour hot mixture gradually into the egg yolks and stir in ginger juice.

NOTE: In Japan, if people who has very bad cold, you can drink this egg Sake (wine) just before go to the bed.
