ARTICHOKE FRITTATA | |
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 4 eggs 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce Drain hearts and put marinate sauce in fry pan. Chop hearts and set aside. Add onion and garlic to fry pan and saute for 5 minutes. In large bowl beat eggs and add all ingredients; mix well. Put in 7"x11" greased baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 30 minutes (or until firm). Cool. cut into bite size squares. |
