1 bag vanilla wafers
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3-4 lg. bananas
2 c. scalded milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar and salt in double boiler. Slowly stir in milk and cook until thick. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks. Pour back into the boiler. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cool. Alternate wafers, bananas and pudding in baking dish.
