KATIE'S BROCCOLI - CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1-2 eggs
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Cook and drain broccoli thoroughly. Beat eggs. Add mayonnaise, then add soup. Stir in grated cheese and broccoli and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, dot with butter and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe can be made a day ahead and be refrigerated. Bake about 1 hour.
