HOT CHOCOLATE (FORRO CSOKOLADE) | |
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. hot water 4-6 tbsp. sugar 3 c. cream Melt chocolate in hot water in double boiler. Add sugar and salt. Cook slow over low heat about 4-5 minutes. Add cream gradually and heat. Serve hot with large dab of whipped cream. |
