EASY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
1/3 c. onion, diced
1/3 c. sour cream

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Drain fat. Add soup. Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. While meat is simmering, prepare noodles according to package directions. When ready to serve, add sour cream to the meat mixture and pour over cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 5.
