OYSTER STEW 
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
2 med. carrots, sliced thin
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
Onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 pts. oysters
1 box frozen broccoli, cooked
6 c. milk or light cream
Salt & pepper

In saucepan heat first 3 ingredients, add vegetables and saute until tender. Add 1 1/2 pints oysters, 1 box frozen cooked broccoli and 6 cups of milk or light cream. Heat and season with salt and pepper.
