4 lbs. beef chuck roast, arm or blade, or any beef roast 1 env. Mrs. Grass onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup Place meat in roaster. Sprinkle with onion soup; then spread on mushroom soup. Securely cover with foil. Place in oven and roast for 4 hours at 300 degrees. Makes 8-10 servings. |
