MOUTH-WATERING POT ROAST 
4 lbs. beef chuck roast, arm or blade, or any beef roast
1 env. Mrs. Grass onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place meat in roaster. Sprinkle with onion soup; then spread on mushroom soup. Securely cover with foil. Place in oven and roast for 4 hours at 300 degrees. Makes 8-10 servings.

This works great when you cook your potatoes, carrots, celery, or whatever vegetables you would like to add to your roast. My mom made this, and her mom, this is pretty much called Hungarian Pot Roast once you add the veggies.
