SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mango
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown sausage and drain. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in soup, milk, rice and seasonings. Pour into casserole dish and bake, covered 45 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times during baking. Bake at 350 degrees.

Mix 1 cup soft bread crumbs with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered another 15 minutes.
