3/4 lb. mortadella or bologna, in one piece
3/4 lb. Provolone or Muenster cheese, in one piece
4 med.-sized tomatoes
2 med.-sized zucchini (about 8 oz. each)
1 lg. head iceberg lettuce
2 (9 oz.) jars Tuscan peppers (pepperoncini)
1 (0.7 oz.) env. low-calorie Italian salad dressing mix

About 20 minutes before serving or early in day:

1. Cut salami, mortadella and Provolone cheese into 3/4 inch chunks. Cut tomatoes into bite sized chunks. Cut each zucchini lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Cut iceberg lettuce into bite-sized chunks. Drain peppers.

2. In very large bowl, prepare Italian salad dressing mix as label directs. Add all cut up ingredients and peppers; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Makes 8 main dish servings.
