SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, salt and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. firm butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Crumble the above with fork. Grease angel food or bundt pan. Add half the cake batter. Sprinkle half the topping. Add the rest of the cake batter and top with rest of the topping. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 50 minutes. Test; pick should come out clean.
