SOUR CREAM CAKE 
3/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream

Sift flour once and then sift with baking powder, soda, and salt. In separate bowl beat 2 eggs just to blend. Add 1/2 to 1/4 dry ingredients, vanilla, blend, add half the sugar and half of the sour cream then alternate flour, sugar, and sour cream; beat until batter is soft. Turn into angel food cake pan and bake 25 minutes in 375 degree oven.
