SOUR CREAM APPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix all together 2 minutes.

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread half cake batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with half the crumb mix. Spread rest of batter (it will be stiff - but all goes together okay).

Peel about 3 apples and cut in 1/8 inch pieces. Place 3 rows of apples close together into batter. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are done - 35-45 minutes.
