SAUSAGE FRIED RICE CASSEROLE 
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. pkg. hot sausage
1 tsp. sage
1 pkg. wild rice mix cooked
3 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add sausage and brown. Drain well in a colander. Return to skillet and add sage. Mix with the cooked rice. Add salt to taste. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and heat through in oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes about 6 servings. This recipe is also freezable.
