SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded (about 6 c.)
1/3 c. water
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in bite sizes
1 c. French fried onions
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook cabbage, water and salt in a large skillet for 3 to 5 minutes. Add soup and sausage and mix well. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and top with onions. Replace in oven and continue to bake for 5 minutes more.
