SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
5 potatoes, cooked and mashed, seasoned to taste 1 lb. ground beef 2 onions, chopped 2 lg. cloves garlic, minced 3/4 c. tomato sauce 1 tsp. dried oregano 2 tsp. Worcestershire Chili sauce Over medium heat, brown meat and onions; pour off fat. Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, oregano and Worcestershire. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into 8 cup baking dish; spread potatoes evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with chili sauce. |
