HAWAIIAN PATTIES 
6 slices canned pineapple
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3 c. ground cooked ham
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 thick white sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
6 slices bacon

Arrange pineapple slices in greased baking pan. Shape sweet potatoes into patties, the size of pineapple slices. Combine ham, onion, mustard, and white sauce together. Form into same size patties as potatoes. On each pineapple slice place potato patty, then ham patty. Wrap strip of bacon around each, and fasten with toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until brown.
