RAISIN-PECAN PIE 
9 inch pie shell (I use Pet Ritz)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Prick bottom and sides of pastry and bake at 450 degrees 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly (will not be brown).

Combine butter and sugar in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Stir in eggs and last 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie is set.
