CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME | |
Chicken breasts, boned & skinned, 1 per serving Thin slice ham, 1 per serving Slice Swiss cheese, 1 per serving 1 can mushroom soup (enough for 4-6 servings) 1 c. sherry (enough for 4-6 servings) Flatten chicken breasts. Layer ham slice on top then slice of Swiss cheese. Roll together and fasten with toothpicks to secure. Mix mushroom soup and sherry. Place rolled up chicken breasts in baking dish and cover with mushroom soup and sherry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour. |
