PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix

ICING:

1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 to 3 c. sour cream

Bake cake by directions on box in 2 layers. Cool layers and split to make 4 layers. Let cool.

Mix all ingredients for icing together and cook until thick. Let cool completely.

Stack layers adding a layer of sour cream then a layer of pineapple filling. Keep refrigerated.
