SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach
2 boiled eggs
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. sliced radishes
Tomato wedges
5 strips bacon
Oil & vinegar dressing

Wash and stem spinach. Clean all other ingredients and prepare for salad. Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Toss all ingredients in salad bowl except eggs and tomatoes. Slice eggs and wedge tomatoes. Arrange on top for looks. Pour oil and vinegar dressing on top of salad sparingly.
