BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
8 to 12 oz. Jarlsburg cheese

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Combine all salad ingredients, chopping broccoli, cauliflower into tiny flowerets. Chop green onions, crumble bacon, shred Jarlsburg. Best if made and eaten the same day!

DRESSING: Heat sugar and vinegar until dissolved. Fold in mayonnaise, let cool, pour over salad right before serving.
