CARAMEL DELIGHT SQUARES 
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. plain flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3 tbsp. plain flour

Combine first six ingredients to form crumbly mixture; press half of mix into greased 9 inch square pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle baked layer with chocolate chips and chopped pecans.

Mix caramel ice cream topping with 3 tbsp. plain flour. Drizzle this mix over chips and nuts. Top with remaining crumbs from first mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool thoroughly before cutting into small squares for serving.
