CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP 
2 cans asparagus
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. flour
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic or onion
Dash pepper
Few drops lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender on "puree" for 20-30 seconds. Heat and serve.
