CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flakes
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, and salt; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with corn flakes tossed with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
