MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can sm. green peas
1 can French style green beans
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. Spanish onion, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Place drained vegetables, green pepper and onion in bowl. Bring remaining ingredients to boil (sugar, vinegar, oil, water, salt and pepper). Pour over vegetables. Let set for at least 4 hours before serving.
