PECAN FINGERS | |
1 c. butter 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. bread flour 2 c. pecans, ground Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla and water. Add flour, salt and ground nuts, chill about 1 hour in refrigerator. Form into small rolls about the size of a finger. Bake 12 minutes, cool a little while then roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Bake 350 degrees. |
