OVEN CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up to fill a 9x13 dish (I use just thighs)
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. water

Place chicken skin side up in greased 9x13 pan. Spread dry ingredients over top of skin. Bake, uncovered, 375 degrees for 20 minutes. It will brown during this time.

Mix soup, milk and water. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes or more until done. Serve with rice or potatoes. Makes good gravy.
